BOOKING THE PREMISES
I) Upon deciding to book the premises, we require 100% amount to confirm the same.
II) We send a written confirmation by email upon receipt of the booking amount.
III) We require the names, age and residential addresses with ID proof of all the guests staying there, prior to check-in to enable an easy check-in while remaining compliant with local regulations. All terms and conditions are applicable to all the guests. The head guest will certify that he/she is authorized to agree to our terms on behalf of all the guests.
IV) ID proof with residential proof is a must for ALL the members/guests staying at the premises.
V) While it is our endeavor to ensure all guests have a enjoyable stay, please reach out in advance with any special requests prior to your arrival to allow us to consider and confirm the feasibility of your request.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
I)Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs. However, do shall your travel arrangements, we shall try to be flexible if our booking schedule permits for the same.
II)Upon your departure it is your responsibility to return all keys and all remote controls for all the appliances. You will be charged a replacement value of lost items. So also, you shall make good if any harm or breakages have been caused to the furniture, fixtures, equipment, cutlery or crockery during your stay there.

PERSONAL BEHAVIOUR DURING STAY
I)The booking is solely for the purpose of residence. There is no tolerance to loud music, noise, or other acts of nuisance or annoyance to the neighbourhood, or damage to the premises. The guests are not permitted to use the property for illegal or immoral purposes. If we consider the premises is misused for “parties”, the guests may be required to vacate the property. You will not be entitled to any refund.
II) We have a zero tolerance to the possession/usage of any banned substance/drugs. Any guest found to be using illicit drugs will be reported to the local Police and will be vacated from the premises immediately and will not be entitled to any refund.

PRIVACY POLICY
I)In order that we can improve our service we log traffic through our website. This information along with any correspondence between us and our client has a strict privacy policy.
II)If you have provided your email address or a WhatsApp/Instagram id to us, we will send you communication only to address your queries or if we seek information regarding a booking made by you. We may send you periodic communication emails on promotions, news on our premises. Should you choose not to receive those, we will comply with the same.
III)Information you supply to us will not be passed to any third party. We may however share personal information with law enforcement agencies in the event of a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity.

LIABILITES
I) The premises may have dangers such as low verandah rails, staircases, outdoor garden steps and pathways, terraced gardens. We do not describe the premises as totally child friendly. You accept complete liability for any accidents caused by or arising out of your own negligence, misuse of the premises, or failure to comply with local laws and regulations, including any caused due to alcohol and/or any drugs or medicine of any kind.
II) We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to your property or for any distress howsoever arising.
III)We are not liable for any government power supply failure and/or failure of back-up power systems provided by us at the premises.
IV)If any issues arise during your stay at the premises, they should be raised with the staff directly. If the staff are unable to resolve the issue our team is available 24/7 to help.
RIGHT TO ACCESS AND INSPECT THE PROPERTY
I) Our team/staff may visit the property and the premises at any time as per the situation arising and no permission or appointment will be required from the guest.
II)Only the guests booked into the premises have access to it. It is prohibited for non-residents to visit the premises without prior permission from our team. No non-resident guests are allowed to stay overnight.
III)Prior to your departure, our team shall inspect the premises.

 COMPLIANCE
I) If you make a booking with us it is assumed you agree to comply with our terms and conditions mentioned hereinabove. Therefore our team reserves the right to cancel your booking in case of violation of the said terms and conditions. If already in residence and the guests do not comply with our terms and conditions you may be required to vacate the property immediately. In both cases you will not be entitled to any refund.
